Affiliate Agreement

By signing up for the ComusThumbz Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commissions

You will earn 30% of the sale amount on every initial license sale and every recurring license renewal generated through your unique referral link, for the lifetime of the customer. Commission rates may be adjusted at our discretion for individual affiliates with notice.

2. Cookie Window

Your referral attribution lasts 90 days from the visitor's first click on your referral link. If the visitor signs up within that window, your account is permanently linked to the customer.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made via PayPal on the 1st of each month for commissions that have matured (30 days post-sale, allowing for chargebacks). Minimum payout threshold is $100. Below threshold balances roll over to the next month.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) refer yourself, (b) use bot traffic or click farms, (c) bid on ComusThumbz trademarks in paid search, (d) misrepresent the product, (e) engage in any form of fraud. Violations result in account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Pending commissions earned in good faith will be paid on the next scheduled payout. Commissions tied to fraudulent activity are forfeited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
