1. Chấp nhận Điều khoản

Bằng cách truy cập hoặc sử dụng phần mềm, trang web hoặc dịch vụ của ComusThumbz, bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi các Điều khoản Dịch vụ này. Nếu bạn không đồng ý với các điều khoản này, bạn có thể không sử dụng sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ của chúng tôi.

Các điều khoản này áp dụng cho tất cả người dùng, bao gồm khách truy cập, người dùng đăng ký và người giữ giấy phép.

2. Đăng ký tài khoản

Để sử dụng một số tính năng, bạn phải tạo tài khoản. Bạn đồng ý:

• Cung cấp thông tin đăng ký chính xác và đầy đủ
• Giữ an toàn cho thông tin đăng nhập tài khoản của bạn
• Thông báo cho chúng tôi ngay lập tức về bất kỳ truy cập không được phép nào
• Chấp nhận trách nhiệm cho mọi hoạt động dưới tài khoản của bạn

Chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này hoặc tham gia vào hoạt động lừa đảo.

3. Quyền cấp phép và sử dụng

Khi mua hoặc nhận giấy phép, bạn nhận được quyền sử dụng phần mềm ComusThumbz không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng, tùy theo loại giấy phép được chọn:

• Giấy phép Miễn phí: Tính năng đầy đủ với hệ thống skim lưu lượng hoạt động
• Giấy phép Đăng ký: Tính năng đầy đủ, không skim lưu lượng, hỗ trợ liên tục

Mỗi giấy phép được ràng buộc với một miền duy nhất. Các miền bổ sung yêu cầu giấy phép bổ sung. Xem Thỏa thuận Giấy phép của chúng tôi để biết chi tiết đầy đủ.

4. Chính sách sử dụng được chấp nhận

You agree not to use ComusThumbz to:

• Distribute content involving minors or non-consensual material
• Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions or the skim system
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from other ComusThumbz installations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate license termination without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

For subscription licenses:

• Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in license suspension after a grace period
• Multi-license discounts apply automatically based on your active license count
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

ComusThumbz software, including all code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of ComusThumbz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your license grants usage rights only. You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property through your license purchase.

7. User Content & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your ComusThumbz installation. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will respond to valid takedown requests promptly

We are not responsible for user-generated content on your installation and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your hosted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComusThumbz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ComusThumbz software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and account access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in activities that harm ComusThumbz or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
