Understanding the Page
When you open the Statistics page, you will see four main areas that each tell you something different about your advertising performance. The page loads your data automatically, so you may see a brief loading animation before the numbers appear.
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, four colored cards give you a quick snapshot of your advertising system:

Performance Over Time
Below the summary cards on the left side of the page, you will find a table showing your daily banner performance. Each row represents one day and shows how many impressions and clicks your banners received, along with the click-through rate for that day.
The click-through rate is color-coded to help you spot trends at a glance:
- Green means 1% or higher, which is considered good performance
- Orange means below 1%, which may need your attention

Top Performers
On the right side of the page, you will see a ranked list of your best-performing items. This section has three tabs you can switch between:
The top three items in each list are highlighted with a gold medal icon so you can quickly see your best performers.

Tips for New Users
- Check the Statistics page at least once a week to catch problems early.
- Compare different time periods to spot trends. A sudden drop in impressions could mean a banner or zone has been deactivated.
- If a banner has lots of impressions but very few clicks, try a different design or move it to a more visible zone.
- If you see no data at all, make sure you have at least one active banner assigned to an active zone.
- Use the Top Performers section to identify your most successful banners and create similar ones.
Troubleshooting
All statistics show zero or "No data available"
What you see: Every card shows 0, and the tables say no data is available.
How to fix it:
- Go to Admin Panel > Advertising > Banners and check that you have at least one active banner.
- Go to Admin Panel > Advertising > Banner Zones and make sure at least one zone is active.
- Verify that your banners are assigned to active zones.
- Wait for visitors to view pages with banners. Statistics will begin appearing once banners start receiving impressions.
The revenue section is empty
What you see: The Top Revenue Sponsors section says "No revenue data available."
How to fix it:
- Go to Admin Panel > Advertising > Sponsors.
- Edit each sponsor and set their Monthly Budget amount.
- Click Save.
- Return to the Statistics page and the revenue section will now display your sponsors.
The page shows an error message
What you see: A red error alert appears briefly on the page.
How to fix it:
- Refresh the page. This resolves most temporary errors.
- If the error continues, log out of the admin panel and log back in.
- If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
Statistics seem outdated or incorrect
What you see: Numbers do not match what you expected, or data does not seem to update.
How to fix it:
- Press Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to do a hard refresh of the page.
- Check that your banners are set to Active status.
- Verify that your banner zones are enabled and placed on public pages.
Top Performers list is not showing all banners
What you see: Some banners are missing from the Top Performers list.
How to fix it: The Top Performers list only shows banners that have received at least one impression. Banners with zero impressions are not included. Make sure your banners are active and assigned to zones that are displayed on your site.
