Creator Management

What This Page Does

This page is your central hub for managing all the creators on your site. Creators are users who post content, receive tips, offer subscriptions, and can go live with streaming. From here you can see every creator at a glance, check who is verified, review pending applications, suspend or reactivate accounts, and jump into any creator's detailed profile.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Users > Creator Management

Understanding the Page

When you open Creator Management, you will see a statistics bar at the top, a row of filters, and then all your creators displayed either as visual cards or as a compact list.

Statistics Bar

At the top of the page, five summary cards give you a quick snapshot of your creator community:

Stat What It Tells You
Total Creators The total number of creator accounts on your site
Verified How many creators have been verified
Pending How many creators are waiting to be reviewed
Total Earnings The combined token earnings across all creators
Total Tips The total amount of tokens sent as tips across your entire platform

These numbers update each time you load the page. If the Pending count is climbing, it is a good time to review new creator applications.

Below the statistics, you will find tools to narrow down which creators you see. You can search by name, username, or email, and filter by verification status or account status.

Creator Display Area

The main part of the page shows your creators. You can view them as visual cards with profile images and cover photos, or switch to a compact list for managing large numbers of creators quickly.

Warning: Suspending a creator takes effect immediately. Visitors to your site will no longer be able to find this creator in the public directory, view their profile, or send them tips. Make sure you intend to suspend the account before confirming.

How to Reactivate a Suspended Creator

  1. Find the suspended creator. Their card has a red border and appears slightly faded.
  2. Click the three-dot menu button.
  3. Click Activate.
  4. Confirm by clicking OK in the popup.
  5. The page refreshes and the creator is active again. Their profile returns to the public directory.

How to Watch a Creator's Live Stream

When a creator is currently live streaming, their card shows a pulsing green "LIVE" badge.

  1. Look for cards with the green LIVE indicator.
  2. Click the Live button (green) in the card footer.
  3. A monitoring window opens where you can watch the stream with admin controls.

If a creator is not currently streaming, their card shows a gray Offline button instead.

Filter What It Does
Search Finds creators by name, username, or email address
Verification Shows only verified creators, only unverified creators, or all
Status Shows only active, pending, or suspended creators
Sort By Changes the order creators appear in (newest, earnings, subscribers, etc.)
Per Page Controls how many creators you see at once (24, 48, or 96)

To clear all filters and return to the default view, click the Clear button next to the search bar.

View Modes

This page offers two ways to view your creators:

  • Card View -- Shows creators as visual cards with cover photos, profile pictures, and key stats. Best for browsing and getting a visual overview of your creator community.
  • List View -- Shows creators in a compact table with one row per creator. Best for managing a large number of creators quickly.

Click the view toggle icons at the top of the creator display area to switch. Your preference is remembered between visits.

What You See on Each Creator Card

Each card shows:

  • Cover photo and profile picture (or a default if none is set)
  • Status badge -- Green for verified, yellow for pending, red for suspended
  • LIVE badge -- Pulsing green indicator when the creator is streaming
  • Creator name and username
  • Email address
  • Stats -- Subscriber count, post count, and tip count
  • Total earnings in tokens
  • Action buttons -- View profile, view user account, and live stream status

Cards are color-coded by status:

  • Green border = Verified
  • Yellow border = Pending
  • Red border = Suspended (card appears slightly faded)

What You See in List View

The list view shows the same information in a compact table format with columns for creator name, status, subscribers, posts, tips, earnings, live status, and action buttons. Click anywhere on a row to open that creator's detail page.

Pagination

When you have more creators than fit on a single page, navigation controls appear at the bottom. Use the arrow buttons to move between pages, or click a specific page number. All your current filters and search terms are preserved as you move between pages.

You can control how many creators appear per page using the Per Page dropdown in the filter bar. Options are 24, 48, or 96.

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Start by reviewing the Pending count in the statistics bar. These are creators waiting for your attention.
  • Use the Verified Only filter to quickly see which creators have been verified, and Not Verified with Active status to find creators who may be ready for verification.
  • Switch to List View when you have a large number of creators -- it loads faster and lets you scan through many accounts quickly.
  • Check for the green LIVE badge regularly if your site supports live streaming, so you can monitor active broadcasts.
  • The Highest Earnings sort is useful for identifying your top-performing creators.

Troubleshooting

Creator profile pictures or cover images are not showing

What you see: A default placeholder appears instead of the creator's uploaded profile picture or cover photo.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the creator's detail page by clicking View on their card.
  2. Check whether the creator has actually uploaded a profile picture and cover photo.
  3. If images were uploaded but still do not appear, contact your technical support to verify the image storage paths are configured correctly.

The Suspend or Activate button is not working

What you see: You click Suspend or Activate but nothing happens, or you see a message saying the action is disabled.

How to fix it:

  1. If you see "This action is disabled in demo mode," your site is running in demo mode. Status changes are intentionally blocked in demo mode.
  2. If the page seems unresponsive, try refreshing the page and attempting the action again.
  3. If the problem persists, check that your admin session has not expired by navigating to another admin page. If you are redirected to the login screen, log in again and retry.

No creators are showing up on the page

What you see: The page shows "No Creators Found" with an empty display area.

How to fix it:

  1. Check whether you have any active filters applied. Click Clear to reset all filters.
  2. If no creators appear even without filters, no users have registered as creators yet. Creators are added when users sign up for creator accounts through the frontend of your site.

The page loads slowly

What you see: The page takes a long time to display, especially with many creators.

How to fix it:

  1. Reduce the number of creators shown per page by selecting 24 in the Per Page dropdown.
  2. Switch to List View, which displays faster than card view.
  3. Use filters to narrow down the results rather than browsing through all creators at once.

Live status is not showing for a creator who is streaming

What you see: A creator is live streaming but their card does not show the green LIVE badge.

How to fix it:

  1. Refresh the page. Live status is checked each time the page loads.
  2. If the badge still does not appear after refreshing, the streaming system may not be updating correctly. Contact your technical support for assistance.
