User Management
What This Page Does
This page lets you see and manage everyone who has signed up on your site. You can browse all your users, search for specific people, filter by account status or type, and quickly jump to any user's profile to make changes. It is your central hub for keeping track of who is on your platform.

How to Get Here
Navigate to Admin Panel > Users > All Users
Understanding the Page
When you open User Management, you will see three main areas: a statistics bar at the top, a filter bar in the middle, and the user list below.
Statistics Bar
At the very top, you will see seven quick-glance cards that give you an instant snapshot of your user base:
Filter Bar
Below the statistics, you will find a row of search and filter options that let you narrow down the user list. There is a search box, three dropdown filters, and two buttons (Search and Clear).
User List
The main area of the page displays your users. You can view them in two ways:
- List View -- A table showing one user per row with columns for their details. This is the default and works best when you need to scan through many users quickly.
- Card View -- Visual cards arranged in a grid, each showing a user's avatar, name, and key information. This works well for a more visual overview.
Click the view toggle icons in the toolbar to switch between them.

Verification Badges
Other Indicators

- A Creator badge appears for users who are registered as content creators.
- In card view, the avatar color indicates the user's role: green for regular users, purple for creators, and red for administrators.
Pagination
When you have more users than fit on one page, navigation controls appear at the bottom:
- Use the arrow buttons to move forward or backward one page at a time.
- Use the double-arrow buttons to jump to the first or last page.
- Click a page number to go directly to that page.
- All your current search terms and filters are preserved as you navigate between pages.
Tips for New Users
- Check "New Today" regularly. Keep an eye on new sign-ups to spot spam accounts early.
- Review pending verifications promptly. Users are waiting for approval, and a quick turnaround keeps them engaged.
- Use filters to stay organized. If you want to see only active creators, combine the Account Status (Active) and Account Type (Creator) filters.
- Start with list view for daily management. List view shows more information at a glance and makes it easy to scan through many users.
- Use card view for a quick visual overview. The colored avatars and badges make it easy to spot creators and administrators at a glance.
Best Practices
Daily Routine
- Check the statistics bar for your key numbers -- total users, new sign-ups, and online activity.
- Review new registrations by checking the "New Today" count and looking for any suspicious usernames or email patterns.
- Process pending verifications so users are not left waiting.
- Monitor online activity to understand when your site is busiest.
Handling Problem Users
Creator Verification Workflow
- A user applies to become a creator on your site.
- They submit their identity verification documents.
- You will see the Pending Verification count increase in the statistics bar.
- Find the user and open their profile to review the documents.
- Approve or reject the verification.
- Once approved, the user can start creating content on your platform.
Troubleshooting
No users are showing up on the page
What you see: The page loads but the user list is empty, or you see an error message.
How to fix it:
- Refresh the page.
- If the page still shows no users, there may be a connection issue. Contact your hosting provider or site administrator for assistance.
Search returns no results even though you know the user exists
What you see: You searched for a user but the list comes back empty.
How to fix it:
- Click the Clear button to remove all filters.
- Double-check the spelling of the username or email you searched for.
- Try a shorter search term. For example, instead of searching for a full email address, try just the first few characters of the username.
- Make sure the status and type dropdowns are set to "All Statuses" and "All Types" so filters are not hiding the user.
The statistics numbers seem wrong
What you see: The counts in the statistics cards do not match what you expect.
How to fix it:
- Refresh the page. The statistics are calculated fresh each time the page loads.
- Remember that the statistics bar always shows totals for your entire site, not just the users currently shown in the filtered list.
Your view preference is not being remembered
What you see: You switch to card view, but the next time you visit the page it shows list view again.
How to fix it:
- Make sure your browser is not in a private or incognito mode, as these modes can prevent preferences from being saved.
- Check that your browser allows websites to store data locally.
- If the issue persists, list view will be used as the default. You can switch manually each time you visit.
Clicking on a user does nothing
What you see: You click on a user's row or card, but their profile does not open.
How to fix it:
- Try clicking directly on the View Details button (the eye icon) instead of the row.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- If the problem continues, your admin session may have expired. Log out and log back in.
