What This Page Does

This page lets you manage all the posts that creators publish on your site. You can browse posts, review their content, approve or suspend posts, and take action on multiple posts at once. Use this page to keep your site's creator content moderated and organized.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Creators > Creator Posts

Understanding the Page

When you open this page, you will see several areas that help you manage creator posts efficiently.

Statistics Bar

At the top of the page, six colored cards give you a quick overview of your creator content:

Card What It Tells You
Total Posts The total number of posts across all creators
Active Posts How many posts are currently visible to your site visitors
Total Views How many times posts have been viewed overall
Total Likes The total number of likes across all posts
Merchandise Posts How many posts have a product or merchandise attached
Total Comments The total number of comments left on creator posts

Note: These numbers include posts of all statuses, including suspended and deleted posts.

Filter Bar

Below the statistics, you will find a row of filters that let you narrow down which posts you see. More details on each filter are covered in the Filters and Search section below.

Post List

The main area of the page displays the creator posts. You can view them in two different layouts -- Card View or List View -- using the toggle buttons near the top right.

Common Tasks

How to Find Posts by a Specific Creator

  1. Look for the Creator Search field in the filter bar.
  2. Type the creator's username or display name.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. The page updates to show only posts from that creator.

Tip: If you know the creator's exact username, type it with the @ symbol for a precise match. For a broader search, just type part of their name.

How to Review and Moderate a Post

  1. Browse the post list or use filters to find the post you want to review.
  2. Read the post content shown on the card or in the list row.
  3. To see the full media (images, videos, audio) attached to the post, click View Media.
  4. To read comments on the post, click View Comments (this button only appears on posts that have comments).
  5. If the post needs action, use the bulk actions described below, or continue reviewing other posts.

How to Activate a Post

When a post is suspended or deleted and you want to make it visible on the site again:

  1. Check the checkbox next to the post (or multiple posts).
  2. Select Activate Selected from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  3. Click Apply.

Success: The post is now live and visible on the creator's public profile page.

How to Suspend a Post

If a post violates your site rules and needs to be hidden temporarily:

  1. Check the checkbox next to the post.
  2. Select Suspend Selected from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  3. Click Apply.

The post is hidden from all public pages. The creator can still see it marked as suspended in their own dashboard.

Warning: Suspending a paid post that users have already purchased does not automatically issue refunds. If needed, handle refunds separately.

How to Delete a Post

If a post needs to be removed entirely from public view:

  1. Check the checkbox next to the post.
  2. Select Delete Selected from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  3. Click Apply.

Note: Deleting a post hides it from all public pages, but the record is kept in the system for your records. There is no permanent delete option from this page.

Warning: Deleting a paid post that users have already purchased does not automatically issue refunds. Coordinate with the creator or handle refunds separately if needed.

How to View a Creator's Profile

  1. Find a post by the creator you are interested in.
  2. Click the View Creator button on the post card (or the user icon in list view).
  3. You are taken to that creator's user details page.

How to View a Post's Media

  1. Find the post you want to inspect.
  2. Click the View Media button.
  3. A new page opens showing all images, videos, and audio files attached to that post.

Searching

There are two search options:

  • Creator Search -- Type a creator's username or display name to show only their posts.
  • Search -- Type any keyword to search across post content, creator usernames, and creator names at the same time.

Tip: Use Creator Search when you want to find a specific person. Use the general Search box when you are looking for posts about a specific topic or containing certain words.

Filtering

Use the dropdown filters to narrow down what you see:

Filter What It Does
Post Type Show only a certain kind of post: Text, Image, Video, Audio, or Mixed
Lock Type Show posts based on access level: Free (everyone can see), Paid (requires token purchase), or Subscribers Only
Status Show posts by their current state: Active (visible), Suspended (hidden), or Deleted
Merchandise Show only posts with products attached, or only posts without products
Sort By Change the order: Newest First, Oldest First, Most Views, or Most Likes
Per Page Choose how many posts to show at once: 20, 50, or 100

To apply your filters, click Filter. To clear all filters and start fresh, click Reset.

Warning: When filtering by merchandise and navigating to the next page of results, the merchandise filter may reset. If this happens, use additional filters to narrow your results to a single page, or use your browser's back button to return to your filtered view.

View Modes

This page offers two ways to view your creator posts:

  • Card View -- Shows each post as a visual card with the creator's avatar, post content preview, metadata (views, likes, comments), and action buttons. Best for reviewing individual posts in detail.
  • List View -- Shows posts in a compact table with one row per post. Best for scanning through many posts quickly and taking bulk actions.

Click the view toggle buttons at the top of the post list to switch between them.

Note: If you select posts using checkboxes in one view and then switch to the other view, your selections will be cleared. Complete your bulk actions before switching views.

What You See on Each Post Card

Each post card shows you the following information:

  • Creator avatar and name -- The creator's profile picture and display name. Verified creators show a green checkmark next to their name.
  • Username -- Shown in @username format below the display name.
  • Lock badge -- A colored label showing whether the post is FREE (green), PAID (yellow), or SUBSCRIBERS ONLY (blue).
  • Status badge -- Shows whether the post is ACTIVE (green), SUSPENDED (red), or DELETED (gray).
  • Post content -- A preview of the post text (up to 150 characters). Posts with only media and no text show "No text content."
  • Post details -- The post ID, type, number of media files, comment count, view count, like count, and creation date.
  • Price -- If the post is paid, shows the unlock price in tokens.
  • Pinned -- If the creator has pinned this post, a pin icon appears.
  • Merchandise -- If a product is attached, you will see the product name, type, and price.

Bulk Actions

To perform an action on multiple posts at once:

  1. Check the boxes next to the posts you want to affect. You can use Select All to check every post on the current page.
  2. The counter below shows how many posts you have selected.
  3. Select an action from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  4. Click Apply.

Available bulk actions:

Action What It Does
Activate Selected Makes the selected posts visible on creator profile pages
Suspend Selected Hides the selected posts from all public pages
Delete Selected Removes the selected posts from public view (records are kept for your reference)
Tip: Use Select All to quickly select every post on the current page. The button changes to Deselect All so you can clear your selections just as easily.

Customizing the List View Columns

When using List View, you can choose which columns appear and rearrange their order:

  1. Switch to List View using the toggle buttons.
  2. Click the Customize List Columns bar to expand the column settings.
  3. Check or uncheck columns to show or hide them. Some columns (like Select, Creator, Content, Status, and Actions) are required and cannot be hidden.
  4. Drag columns by their handle to reorder them.
  5. Click Apply to save your changes.

Tip: Your column settings are saved in your browser, so they will be remembered next time you visit this page. If you switch to a different browser or clear your browser data, columns will reset to the default layout. You can also click Reset to Default at any time to restore the original column setup.

Demo Mode

If your site is running in demo mode, you will see an orange banner at the top of the page. In demo mode, bulk actions are disabled to prevent changes to the content. All other features (browsing, filtering, viewing) still work normally.

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Start by using the Status filter set to Active to see what your visitors currently see on creator profiles.
  • Review newly created posts regularly by sorting with Newest First to catch any content that might need moderation.
  • Use List View when you need to work through a large number of posts quickly. Switch to Card View when you want to read post content and review details more carefully.
  • If your page loads slowly, reduce the Per Page setting to 20 and use filters to narrow your results.

Troubleshooting

Posts are not showing up after applying filters

What you see: The page shows no results or fewer results than expected.

How to fix it:

  1. Click the Reset button to clear all filters.
  2. Confirm that posts appear without any filters applied.
  3. Re-apply your filters one at a time to find which filter is too restrictive.

The page asks you to try again or shows a session error

What you see: An error message appears when you try to use a bulk action, or the page reloads unexpectedly.

How to fix it:

  1. Refresh the page in your browser.
  2. Try your bulk action again.
  3. Avoid performing bulk actions from multiple browser tabs at the same time.

Creator avatars are not displaying

What you see: You see a blank space or a broken image icon where a creator's profile picture should be.

How to fix it:

  1. This usually means the avatar image file is missing or the site configuration needs attention.
  2. Contact your system administrator or support team to check the avatar file storage.

Note: In List View, missing avatars are automatically hidden so the layout stays clean.

Merchandise filter resets when changing pages

What you see: You filter by merchandise posts, but when you click to the next page of results, the filter disappears.

How to fix it: This is a known limitation. Use additional filters (like creator search or status) to reduce the number of results so they fit on a single page, or use your browser's back button to return to the filtered results.

The page loads slowly

What you see: The page takes a long time to fully load, especially with many posts.

How to fix it:

  1. Switch to List View, which loads faster than Card View.
  2. Reduce the Per Page setting to 20.
  3. Apply filters to narrow down the posts being displayed.

What Happens on Your Public Site

Suspend a post The post disappears from public view
Delete a post The post is removed from public view entirely
Warning: Suspending or deleting paid posts does not automatically refund users who already purchased access. Handle refunds separately if needed.
