Model Management

What This Page Does

This page is where you manage all the performer and model profiles on your site. You can add new models, edit their details (name, age, location, physical attributes, biography), upload profile images, and organize them with filters and sorting. Models you manage here appear on your site's model directory, on individual profile pages, and as tags on videos and galleries.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Models

You can also click the Models card on the Dashboard.

Understanding the Page

When you first open the Model Management page, you will see several areas.

Top Banner

If any models are missing profile images or additional data, a banner appears at the top letting you know how many models still need attention. You can click Batch Process to update them in bulk, or click the dismiss button to hide the banner for now.

Controls Bar

The controls bar sits near the top and gives you quick access to the most common actions:

  • Search box -- Type a name, alias, city, country, or tag to find a specific model.
  • Add New Model -- A text field and button to create a new model profile.
  • Per Page -- Choose how many models to show on each page (10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1000).

Selection Controls

Below the controls bar you will find:

  • View Toggle -- Switch between Card View (visual cards with images) and Table View (a compact list with columns).
  • Select All on Page -- Check every model on the current page.
  • Select None -- Uncheck all selected models.
  • Delete Selected -- Remove all selected models.
  • Total Models -- A count of how many models match your current filters.

Model List

The main area displays your models in either Card View or Table View, depending on your preference. Each model shows key information such as their name, image, status, age, location, and content counts.

Pagination

Page navigation controls appear both above and below the model list. Your filters, sorting, and search terms are preserved as you move between pages.

Common Tasks

How to Add a New Model

  1. Type the model's name into the Enter new model name field in the controls bar.
  2. Click Add New Model.
  3. If the name is unique, a success message confirms the model was created.
  4. The new model appears in the list with default values.
  5. Click the model's name to open the edit window and fill in their details.

Tip: Each model name must be unique. If a model with the same name already exists, you will see an error message. Use a different name or find and edit the existing model instead.

How to Edit a Model

  1. Find the model in the card or table view.
  2. Click the model's name.
  3. An edit window opens with all the model's current information.
  4. Update any fields you need to change (see the "What the Fields Mean" section below for details).
  5. Click Save Changes.

Success: Your changes take effect on the site immediately after saving. There is no separate publish step.

How to Upload or Change a Model Image

Manual Upload:

  1. Find the model in the list.
  2. Click the Upload button (or Change if an image already exists).
  3. Select an image file from your computer.
  4. Crop the image to fit the profile dimensions.
  5. Save the cropped image.

AI Image Search:

  1. Click the AI Image button on the model's card.
  2. The system searches for matching images automatically.
  3. Select the best match from the results.
  4. Crop and save the image.

Tip: The AI image search can save you a lot of time when adding images for many models. Use the Batch Image button to process multiple models in a row without returning to this page each time.

How to Delete a Model Image

  1. Find the model whose image you want to remove.
  2. Use the delete image option in the model's action buttons.
  3. The image is removed, but all other model information stays intact.

Note: Removing a model's image does not delete the model itself. The model profile remains on your site with a placeholder image until you upload a new one.

How to Use AI Data Updates

  1. Click the AI Update button on a model's card.
  2. The system searches external databases for additional information about the model.
  3. Review the suggested data that comes back.
  4. Accept the suggestions you want or make changes.
  5. Save the updates.

Tip: Models that still need AI processing are highlighted with a green border so you can easily spot them. Use the Batch Process button in the top banner to update many models at once.

How to Delete a Model

Delete a Single Model:

  1. Find the model you want to remove.
  2. Click the Delete button on their card or table row.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the popup.

Delete Multiple Models:

  1. Check the boxes next to each model you want to remove.
  2. Click Delete Selected.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Warning: Deleting a model is permanent and cannot be undone. The model's associated videos and galleries are not deleted, but they will lose their connection to this model. Consider reassigning content to another model before deleting.

Delete All Filtered Models:

  1. Set your filters to show only the models you want to remove.
  2. Click Select All in Database.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Error: This action deletes ALL models that match your current filters. This could affect hundreds or thousands of records. Always double-check your filters before confirming.

Analytics on Model Cards

In Card View, each model card shows a small analytics section with three numbers:

Metric What It Means
Impressions How many times the model appeared in listings on your site
Clicks How many times visitors clicked on the model
CTR Click-through rate -- the percentage of impressions that resulted in a click

These numbers help you understand which models attract the most visitor attention.

Where Models Appear on Your Site

The models you manage here show up in several places on your public site:

Page How Models Appear
Model Directory All active models are listed with their profile images, names, and attribute badges
Model Profile Page Each model has a dedicated page showing their biography, attributes, location, social links, and associated videos and galleries
Video Pages Videos linked to a model display the model's name as a clickable tag
Gallery Pages Galleries linked to a model show the model's name
Note: Changes you make to a model's status, image, or details take effect on your site immediately after you save. There is no draft or publish step.

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Start by adding your models with just a name, then come back to fill in details and images later.
  • Use the AI tools to save time. The AI Image button finds profile images automatically, and the AI Update button fills in missing details from external databases.
  • Use the Batch Process feature in the top banner to update many models at once instead of one by one.
  • Switch to Table View when you have many models to manage. It loads faster and shows more models per page.
  • Keep your model names consistent. Since names must be unique, decide on a naming convention early.
  • Use tags generously. Tags help your visitors find models through search and make your site easier to browse.

Troubleshooting

A model with this name already exists

What you see: An error message when trying to add a new model.

How to fix it: Each model must have a unique name. Use the search box to find the existing model and edit it instead, or choose a different name for the new model.

Model image is not showing up

What you see: A placeholder or broken image where the model's photo should be.

How to fix it:

  1. Try re-uploading the image using the Upload or Change button.
  2. Make sure the image file is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or GIF).
  3. If the problem persists, contact your hosting provider or site administrator.

The page is loading slowly

What you see: The page takes a long time to display, especially with many models.

How to fix it:

  1. Reduce the number of models per page. Use the Per Page dropdown to select 20 or 50 instead of a larger number.
  2. Switch to Table View, which loads faster than Card View.
  3. Use filters to narrow down your results so fewer models need to load at once.

Mass edit is not working

What you see: You click Apply Changes but nothing happens.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you have actually selected models by checking their boxes.
  2. Make sure you have filled in at least one field in the mass edit bar. Blank fields are skipped.
  3. Click the Apply Changes button after filling in your values.

The edit window opens but all fields are empty

What you see: You click a model's name and the edit window appears, but none of the information is filled in.

How to fix it:

  1. Refresh the page and try again.
  2. If the problem continues, check your internet connection.
  3. Contact your site administrator if the issue persists.

AI processing does not seem to work

What you see: You click AI Update or AI Image but the model is not marked as processed.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you complete the full process on the AI page (review and save the results).
  2. Check that your site's license is active and valid.
  3. Try again after a few minutes, as the external services may be temporarily unavailable.
