Reports System Monitoring

Reports & System Monitoring

What This Page Does

The Reports page is your central hub for monitoring your site's health, performance, and content quality. You can track which categories and keywords are performing best, review galleries that may have issues, check your server setup, and keep an eye on security events.

Think of this as your site's control center where you can spot problems, understand what's working, and make informed decisions about your content.

Understanding the Page

When you first open the Reports page, you'll see a row of tabs across the top. Each tab shows a different type of report. The page uses a clean green design with clear headings and easy-to-read statistics.

Click any tab to switch between different reports:

  • Cheats - Manage galleries that are offline or have problems
  • Category Stats - See which categories get the most views and clicks
  • Top Performers - Leaderboard of your best categories and sponsors
  • Keywords - Track which keywords drive the most traffic
  • Flood Monitor - Watch for suspicious traffic patterns
  • Checksum - Verify your system files haven't been tampered with
  • Requirements - Check if your server has everything it needs
  • PHP Info - View your server's technical configuration

Each report shows summary statistics at the top and detailed information below.

  3. Review the statistics cards showing total content, impressions, clicks, and click-through rates.
  4. Scroll down to see individual categories listed with their performance metrics.

How to Fix Offline Galleries

When galleries go offline or have problems, they appear in the Cheats report.

  1. Click the Cheats tab.
  2. Review the gallery cards. Each shows its current status with colored icons.
  3. For each problem gallery, you have several options:

To restore a gallery that's temporarily down:

  • Click the Restore button (amber). The system will check it again later.

To mark it permanently offline:

  • Click the Offline button (blue). This keeps the record but stops checking it.

To approve it as OK:

  • Click the Clear button (green). This removes the problem flag.

To never check this gallery again:

  • Click the Whitelist button (purple). Use this for galleries you trust completely.

To remove it permanently:

  • Click the Delete button (red). This removes the gallery from your site entirely.

To block all galleries from this source:

  • Click the Ban button (dark). This blacklists the domain and removes all related galleries.

Warning: The Delete and Ban actions are permanent and cannot be undone. Always double-check before using these options.

  • Exposure (total views)
  1. Look at the performance bars to quickly spot high and low performers.

How to Monitor Security

Keep an eye on suspicious traffic and potential security issues.

  1. Click the Flood Monitor tab.
  2. Review the summary cards at the top:
  • Total IPs - How many IP addresses are tracked
  • Total Clicks - Overall traffic count
  • High Score IPs - Addresses with suspicious activity
  • Blocked IPs - Addresses that have been blocked
  1. Scroll down to see individual IP addresses sorted by threat score.

How to Verify System Health

Make sure your server has everything it needs to run properly.

  1. Click the Requirements tab.
  2. Review the three sections:
  • PHP Configuration - Server software settings
  • External Applications - Tools for processing videos and images
  • Streaming Services - Live streaming setup
  1. Look for green badges (everything is OK) or red badges (something needs attention).
  2. If you see red badges, the report shows what's missing and may include installation instructions.
Tip: Run the requirements check after any server updates or if you're experiencing technical problems.

How to Check System Integrity

Verify that your system files haven't been modified or corrupted.

  1. Click the Checksum tab.
  2. Wait a few seconds while the system compares file signatures.
  3. Look for the result message:
  • Green with a check mark - All files are valid
  • Red with an X - Some files have been modified
  1. If files are invalid and you haven't upgraded recently, contact support immediately.
Warning: Modified system files could indicate a security breach. If you see checksum errors and haven't made changes yourself, review your server security right away.

Troubleshooting

Reports show no data

What you see: Empty reports with no statistics or content.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you have content on your site (videos, galleries, or models).
  2. Verify that visitors are accessing your site to generate impression and click data.
  3. Try changing the time period on Category Stats to a longer range (30 days instead of Today).
  4. Check that your tracking system is working by clicking on content yourself and waiting a few minutes.

Cheats report shows too many galleries

What you see: Lots of galleries flagged as offline or problematic.

How to fix it:

  1. Use the action buttons to resolve each gallery:

  • Clear for false alarms
  • Restore for temporary issues
  • Offline for galleries you want to keep but that are permanently down
  • Delete for galleries you want to remove completely

  1. Consider using Whitelist for trusted galleries that get flagged incorrectly.
  2. Use the Ban option only when you want to remove all content from a specific source.

Checksum report shows errors

What you see: Red error message saying files have been modified.

How to fix it:

  1. If you recently upgraded, this is normal - the checksums will be updated with the new version.
  2. If you haven't made any changes, this could indicate a problem.
  3. Review what files are flagged - if it's just one or two, they may have been corrupted during upload.
  4. Contact support if multiple files show as modified and you haven't made changes.
  5. Consider restoring from a backup if you suspect a security issue.

Requirements check shows red errors

What you see: Red badges showing missing software or incorrect settings.

How to fix it:

  1. Contact your hosting provider or server administrator with the list of missing components.
  2. If you manage your own server, follow the installation commands shown in red badges.
  3. Restart your web server after installing new components.
  4. Refresh the Requirements page to verify the changes worked.

Flood monitor shows your own IP as suspicious

What you see: Your IP address appears with a high score or blocked status.

How to fix it:

  1. This can happen if you're testing your site extensively.
  2. Contact your system administrator to whitelist your IP address.
  3. Wait for the score to decay over time if you stop the testing activity.

Category stats hourly charts show no data

What you see: Empty hourly charts on category cards.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure the selected time period has activity (try switching from "Today" to "7 Days").
  2. Verify that content is being viewed on your site.
  3. Check that your categories are properly assigned to videos and galleries.
  4. Wait a few hours for data to accumulate if you just started your site.
