AI Learning Analytics

What This Page Does

This page shows you how well your site's AI content reviewer is performing. It tracks how many videos and galleries the AI has reviewed, how accurate its suggestions are, and how it improves over time as you use it. Visit this page to check on your AI's progress and spot areas where it might need more guidance from you.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Reports > AI Learning Analytics

Understanding the Page

When you open this page, you see a filter bar at the top, a row of statistics cards, and several detailed sections below. Everything updates based on the filters you choose.

Filter Bar

At the top of the page, you have two dropdown menus and two buttons:

  • Time Period -- Choose how far back to look: All Time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Last year.
  • Category -- Narrow results to a specific content category, or leave it on "All Categories" to see everything.
  • Apply Filters -- Click this green button after changing your selections to refresh the data.
  • Export CSV -- Download your analytics data as a spreadsheet file.

Statistics Cards

Below the filters, six colored cards give you a quick snapshot:

Card What It Tells You
Total Decisions How many pieces of content the AI has reviewed in total
Approval Rate The percentage of content the AI approved, with a rating label (Excellent, Good, or Needs Work)
API Costs A link to the Token Usage page where you can see how much the AI reviews are costing
Avg Processing How long, on average, each AI review takes (in seconds)
Approvals The total number of items the AI approved
Rejections The total number of items the AI rejected

Learning Patterns

This section shows what the AI has learned so far. Each row represents a type of pattern the AI recognizes, along with how many times it has seen that pattern and how successful it is. A colored progress bar makes it easy to see performance at a glance.

Note: If this section says "No learning patterns established yet," that is normal for new sites. The AI builds patterns over time as you review content.

Confidence Calibration

This section helps you understand how trustworthy the AI's confidence scores are. It compares what the AI predicted against what actually happened.

  • A low error (shown in green) means the AI's confidence matches reality well.
  • A high error (shown in red) means the AI is over- or under-confident at that level.

Tip: Well-calibrated AI should be about 80% accurate when it reports 80% confidence. If you see large errors, keep reviewing content to give the AI more training data.

Learning Insights

This section highlights two things the AI is learning from your corrections:

  • Top Category Corrections -- The categories you most often reassign after an AI suggestion. This tells you where the AI's category guesses need the most improvement.
  • Model Standardizations -- Names that the AI has learned to consolidate. For example, if a performer's name appears in different spellings, the AI learns which version to use.

A table showing the last 14 days of AI activity. Each row shows the date, how many reviews happened that day, the approval rate, and the average processing time. This helps you spot changes in the AI's behavior over time.

Common Tasks

How to Check Your AI's Overall Performance

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Reports > AI Learning Analytics.
  2. Make sure Time Period is set to All Time to see the full picture.
  3. Look at the Approval Rate card. This is the most important number -- it tells you how often the AI's suggestions are correct.

Tip: An approval rate of 75% or higher is considered excellent. If yours is below 50%, spend more time reviewing content with the AI tools so it can learn from your corrections.

How to Check Recent Performance

  1. Select Last 7 days or Last 30 days from the Time Period dropdown.
  2. Click Apply Filters.
  3. Compare the statistics cards to your all-time numbers. If recent performance is improving, the AI is learning well.

How to Filter by Category

If you want to see how the AI performs with a specific type of content:

  1. Select a category from the Category dropdown.
  2. Click Apply Filters.
  3. Review the statistics and patterns for that category only.

To go back to seeing all content, set the dropdown to All Categories and click Apply Filters again.

How to Download Your Analytics

You can save your analytics data as a spreadsheet file:

  1. Set your desired Time Period and Category filters.
  2. Click Apply Filters to make sure the data on screen matches what you want to export.
  3. Click the Export CSV button.
  4. A file downloads to your computer with a name like ailearninganalytics_2026-02-04.csv.

Note: You can open CSV files in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet program.

Warning: If the Export CSV button appears grayed out and you cannot click it, your site is running in demo mode. Contact your site administrator to switch to normal mode.

Understanding Your Numbers

Approval Rate

Your approval rate tells you how accurate the AI's suggestions are:

Rating Approval Rate What It Means
Excellent 75% or higher The AI is highly accurate. Your reviews are paying off.
Good 50% to 74% The AI is performing well but can still improve.
Needs Work Below 50% The AI needs more training. Use the AI review tools more often and correct its mistakes.

Processing Time

This tells you how fast the AI reviews each item:

Speed What It Means
Under 5 seconds Normal speed
5 to 10 seconds Still fine, especially for complex content
Over 10 seconds Unusually slow -- if this persists, contact support

Confidence Calibration Errors

Error Level What It Means
Under 15% (green) The AI's confidence is well-calibrated
Over 15% (red) The AI needs more training data to improve its confidence accuracy

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Check this dashboard once a week to see how the AI is progressing.
  • The more content you review using the AI tools, the faster the AI learns your preferences.
  • Pay attention to the Top Category Corrections section. If you see the same category appearing repeatedly, the AI might need more examples to learn the correct assignment.
  • You do not need to take any action on this page to improve the AI -- just keep using the AI review tools on your content, and the learning happens automatically.

Troubleshooting

The page says "No data available"

What you see: Instead of statistics and charts, you see a message saying no data is available.

How to fix it:

  1. Change the Time Period dropdown to All Time and click Apply Filters. You may have a date range selected that has no activity.
  2. Remove any Category filter by setting it to All Categories.
  3. If you still see no data, you have not used the AI review tools yet. Start reviewing videos or galleries with AI assistance, and data will appear here automatically.

The Learning Patterns section is empty

What you see: A message saying "No learning patterns established yet."

How to fix it:
This is normal for new sites or sites that have not used the AI review tools much yet. Patterns develop automatically after you review 10 or more items using the AI tools. Keep reviewing content, and patterns will appear.

The Confidence Calibration section is empty

What you see: A message saying there is not enough data for confidence calibration.

How to fix it:
The system needs at least a few reviews in each confidence range before it can calculate calibration. Continue reviewing content with the AI tools and this section will populate over time.

The Export CSV button is grayed out

What you see: The Export CSV button appears faded and does not respond when you click it.

How to fix it:
Your site is running in demo mode, which disables data exports. Contact your site administrator to disable demo mode if you need to export data.

The page keeps sending me to the login screen

What you see: Every time you try to visit this page, you end up at the login screen.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the admin panel first.
  2. Check that your browser allows cookies from your site. Without cookies, your login session cannot be maintained.
