AI Model Batch Review

What This Page Does

This page automatically fills in missing profile details for the models (performers) on your site. It searches free online databases first, and only uses paid AI credits when free sources come up empty. You can review all suggestions before they go live, approve or reject them one by one, or use bulk actions to handle many models at once.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Content > Models, then click the AI Batch Review button.

Understanding the Page

When you first open this page, you see the Landing Page where you choose how many models to process. After you pick a batch size, the page switches to the Processing Interface where the actual work happens.

Landing Page

License Status Banner

At the top, a colored banner tells you whether your license is active:

Banner Color What It Means
Green Your license is active and you have credits available for paid AI lookups.
Yellow You are running low on credits. Free sources still work, but paid AI may run out soon.
Red No license detected. The tool still works using free data sources only.
Note: You do not need a license to use this tool. Free data sources (CamModelDB, CamsFinder) work without one. The license only adds a paid AI backup for models that free sources cannot find.

Statistics Cards

Four cards at the top give you a quick overview:

Card What It Shows
Unprocessed Models How many models have not been through AI review yet.
Total Models The total number of models in your system.
Avg Processing Time Approximately 5 seconds per model.
Free Data Success Roughly 60% of models are found through free sources.

Batch Size Selector

Choose how many models to process in one session. Click any of the batch size cards to begin.

Batch Size Estimated Time
5 models About 25 seconds
10 models About 1 minute
25 models About 2 minutes
50 models About 4 minutes
100 models About 8 minutes
250 models About 20 minutes
500 models About 40 minutes
Tip: If this is your first time, start with 5 or 10 models to get comfortable with the review process before running larger batches.

Processing Options

Before you start, you can turn on two optional settings:

Option What It Does
Auto-approve high confidence Automatically approves models when the system is very confident the data is correct. Leave this off until you are comfortable reviewing results yourself.
Minimum Confidence Sets how confident the system must be before auto-approving. The default is 80%. Higher values mean stricter quality control.

Action Buttons

Button What It Does
Cancel & Return Go back to the Models list without processing anything.
Single Model Update Open a different tool that updates one model at a time instead of a batch.

Processing Interface

After you select a batch size, the Processing Interface loads. This is where you start the review, watch progress, and make decisions.

Progress Area

At the top you see:

  • A progress bar that fills up as models are processed.
  • A text counter showing how many models have been completed out of the total.
  • A status message showing which model is being looked up right now.

Statistics During Processing

Six counters update in real time as the batch runs:

Counter What It Tracks
Completed Models that have been looked up successfully.
Processing The model currently being looked up (0 or 1).
Errors Models where the lookup failed.
Free Sources Models whose data came from free databases (no cost to you).
AI (Paid) Models that needed paid AI credits because free sources had no data.
Total Cost How many AI credits have been spent so far in this session.
Tip: Keep an eye on the "Free Sources" vs "AI (Paid)" counters. A high free source count means you are saving money.

Control Buttons

Button What It Does
Start Processing Begin looking up model data. Click this after the batch loads.
Pause Temporarily stop processing. The button changes to Resume so you can continue later.
Stop Completely stop the batch. You can start again from where you left off.
Back to Models Return to the main Models list.
View Logs Open a window showing detailed processing logs (useful if something goes wrong).

Common Tasks

How to Process a Batch of Models

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel > Content > Models and click AI Batch Review.
  2. Review the Unprocessed Models count to see how many models need data.
  3. Click a batch size card (start with 5 or 10 if this is your first time).
  4. Wait for the model cards to load on screen.
  5. Click the Start Processing button.
  6. Watch the progress bar fill as each model is looked up.
  7. When processing finishes, you will see a completion message.

Success: Once processing finishes, every model card shows the suggested data. Nothing has been saved to your site yet -- you still need to approve or reject each suggestion.

How to Review and Approve a Single Model

  1. Look at a completed model card. It shows the suggested details such as age, country, ethnicity, hair color, and more.
  2. Fields highlighted in yellow are changes -- the suggested value is different from what is currently on your site.
  3. Check the confidence badge in the top-right corner of the card:
  • Green (80-100%) = The system is very confident this data is correct.
  • Yellow (60-79%) = Moderate confidence. Worth a quick review.
  • Red (below 60%) = Low confidence. Review carefully before approving.
  1. Check the source badge to see where the data came from:
  • Blue badge = Free source (no cost).
  • Pink badge = Paid AI (credits were used).
  1. If the data looks correct, click the Approve button on the card.
  2. If the data looks wrong or you do not want to use it, click the Reject button.

Warning: Approved changes are saved to your site immediately. Always check the highlighted fields before approving, especially for lesser-known performers where the data may be less accurate.

How to Reject a Model's Suggestions

  1. Find the model card with suggestions you do not want to use.
  2. Click the Reject button on that card.
  3. The model is marked as reviewed but no changes are made to your site.

How to Use Bulk Actions

Instead of approving models one by one, you can handle many at once using the bulk actions bar above the model cards.

Smart Approve (recommended for large batches):

  1. Select a confidence level from the Confidence Filter dropdown (default is 80% or higher).
  2. Click Smart Approve.
  3. A confirmation popup appears showing how many models will be approved.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
  5. All models meeting your confidence threshold are approved automatically.

Tip: Smart Approve is the fastest way to handle large batches. Set the confidence filter to 80% or higher to only approve models the system is very confident about, then manually review the rest.

Approve All Completed:

  1. Click Approve All Completed.
  2. Confirm in the popup.
  3. Every model that was successfully processed gets approved, regardless of confidence level.

Warning: Use "Approve All Completed" with caution. It approves everything, including low-confidence results. "Smart Approve" with a confidence filter is usually a safer choice.

Approve or Reject Selected:

  1. Check the boxes next to the specific models you want to act on.
  2. Use the Select All checkbox to select everything at once, if desired.
  3. Click Approve Selected or Reject Selected.
  4. Confirm in the popup.

How to Pause or Stop Processing

If you need to step away or want to stop the batch early:

  1. Click Pause to temporarily halt processing. The button changes to Resume.
  2. Click Resume when you are ready to continue.
  3. Click Stop to end the batch entirely. Models already processed remain on screen for review.

How to View Processing Logs

If something goes wrong or you want to see detailed information about what happened:

  1. Click the View Logs button (purple button).
  2. A dark-themed window opens showing recent log entries.
  3. Click Refresh to load the latest entries.
  4. Click Close or press the Escape key to close the window.

What the Model Card Shows

Each model appears as a card with the following information:

Field What It Means
Gender The performer's gender.
Age The performer's age.
Country Where the performer is from.
Ethnicity The performer's ethnic background.
Body Type Physical build description.
Hair Color Hair color.
Eye Color Eye color.
Height Height in centimeters.
Weight Weight in kilograms.
About A short biography or description.
Note: Fields with a yellow highlight are changes -- the suggested value is different from what currently appears on your site. Fields without a highlight match what you already have.

Card Status Colors

Card Appearance What It Means
Gray border, "Waiting to process..." The model has not been looked up yet.
Yellow border The model is currently being looked up.
Green border The lookup finished successfully. Review the suggestions.
Red border The lookup failed. You may need to update this model manually.
Faded out, "Approved" label You approved this model's suggestions. Changes have been saved.
Faded out, "Rejected" label You rejected this model's suggestions. No changes were made.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Key What It Does
Escape Closes the log viewer window. If the log viewer is already closed, takes you back to the Models list.

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Start with small batches of 5 or 10 models to learn the review process.
  • Use Smart Approve with a confidence threshold of 80% or higher for the safest bulk approval.
  • Manually review any model with a yellow or red confidence badge before approving.
  • You do not need a paid license to use this tool. Free data sources handle roughly 60% of models.
  • If most models are using paid AI instead of free sources, try processing during off-peak hours when external databases are more responsive.
  • After approving, visit your public model pages to verify the data looks correct.

Troubleshooting

Most models are using paid AI instead of free sources

What you see: The "AI (Paid)" counter is much higher than the "Free Sources" counter.

How to fix it:

  1. This can happen when external data sources are busy or slow. Try processing again later during off-peak hours.
  2. Some performers may not be listed in the free databases, especially newer or less well-known ones. This is normal.
  3. Try smaller batch sizes to reduce the load on external sources.
  4. Click View Logs to check for specific error messages.

"Insufficient credits" error appears

What you see: An error message about insufficient credits on one or more model cards.

How to fix it:

  1. Click the Buy More Credits link in the license banner at the top of the page.
  2. Free source lookups continue to work even without credits. Only models that need paid AI are affected.
  3. Models that could not use paid AI are skipped. You can update them manually later from the Models page.

All models show low confidence (red badges)

What you see: Most or all model cards have red confidence badges after processing.

How to fix it:

  1. This is normal for lesser-known performers who have limited information available online.
  2. Review the suggestions manually. Even low-confidence results may have some correct fields.
  3. You can lower the confidence threshold in Smart Approve if you are comfortable with the data quality.
  4. For models with very poor results, update their profiles manually from the Models management page or use the Single Model Update tool.

Processing fails with "Network error" on some cards

What you see: Some model cards show a red border and a network error message.

How to fix it:

  1. This usually means the external data sources timed out. Try processing those models again later.
  2. Reduce your batch size to put less strain on the network.
  3. Check your internet connection.
  4. Click View Logs for more detailed error information.

Approved changes do not appear on the site

What you see: You approved a model's suggestions, but the public profile page still shows old data.

How to fix it:

  1. Try refreshing the public page in your browser (press Ctrl+F5 for a hard refresh).
  2. If your site uses caching, the updates may take a few minutes to appear.
  3. Go to Admin Panel > Content > Models, find the model, and verify the data was saved correctly.

Page When to Use It
Admin Panel > Content > Models To manage your full model list, edit individual profiles, or add new models manually.
Single Model Update To look up and update data for one specific model instead of a batch.
AI Learning Dashboard To see how your approve and reject decisions are helping the system learn over time.
Cam Performer Batch Review To do the same kind of batch data enrichment for cam performers instead of models.
