AI Batch Gallery Review

AI Batch Gallery Review

What This Page Does

This page lets you review many galleries at once using AI. Instead of going through each gallery one by one, you can load a batch of unreviewed galleries, let the AI analyze them, and then quickly approve or reject each one. The AI reads each gallery's web page and suggests a title, description, categories, performer names, and keywords so you do not have to fill them in manually.

How to Get Here

Navigate to Admin Panel > Dashboard > Galleries > AI Batch Review

Understanding the Page

When you first open this page, you see a simple screen that lets you choose how many galleries to process at once. Once you pick a batch size and start processing, the page changes to show your galleries and the AI results.

Batch Size Selection (Starting Screen)

The starting screen shows:

  • How many galleries are waiting for review
  • Four batch size options displayed as clickable cards: 5, 10, 25, or 50 galleries
  • Estimated processing time for each batch size (roughly 12 seconds per gallery)
  • System status indicators showing whether everything is ready to go

Tip: If you are new to this page, start with a small batch of 5 galleries to get comfortable with the workflow before processing larger batches.

Warning: If there are no unreviewed galleries, the page will let you know and the batch size options will not appear. You need to import new galleries first.

Processing Screen

After you select a batch size, the page loads your galleries and shows:

  • A progress bar at the top tracking how far along the AI is
  • Processing statistics showing how many galleries are done, the speed, and any errors
  • Control buttons to start, pause, resume, or stop the AI
  • Gallery cards arranged in a grid, one for each gallery in your batch
  • Bulk action buttons for approving or rejecting multiple galleries at once

Common Tasks

How to Process a Batch of Galleries

  1. Open the AI Batch Gallery Review page.
  2. Check the number of unreviewed galleries shown at the top.
  3. Click one of the batch size cards (5, 10, 25, or 50).
  4. Click the green Start Processing button.
  5. Watch as the AI works through each gallery one at a time. Each gallery card changes from gray to yellow (processing) to green (done).
  6. Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%.

Tip: You do not need to stay on the page the entire time. However, do not close the browser tab while processing is running or the AI will stop.

Note: Processing happens one gallery at a time for reliability. A batch of 25 galleries typically takes about 5 minutes.

How to Pause and Resume Processing

  1. While processing is running, click the Pause button.
  2. The AI finishes the current gallery and then stops.
  3. When you are ready to continue, click the Resume button.

How to Stop Processing Early

  1. Click the red Stop button at any time.
  2. Galleries that have already been processed keep their results. Remaining galleries are left unprocessed.

After the AI finishes processing, each gallery card shows the AI suggestions.

  1. Look at the confidence badge in the corner of each card. Green means the AI is very confident, yellow means moderately confident, and red means less confident.
  2. Review the suggested title, description, categories, performers, and keywords.
  3. Choose one of the action buttons:
  • Approve -- Saves all the AI suggestions to your gallery and marks it as reviewed.
  • Edit -- Opens a detailed editing page in a new tab where you can change individual fields before saving.
  • Reject -- Marks the gallery as reviewed without saving any AI suggestions.
  • Details -- Opens a popup showing a full side-by-side comparison of the AI suggestions and the gallery's current data.

Tip: Click Details before making a decision if you want to see exactly what will change. This is especially helpful when a gallery already has some data filled in.

How to Approve Multiple Galleries at Once (Smart Approve)

This is the fastest way to process a batch when the AI has done a good job.

  1. Set the Confidence Threshold dropdown to your preferred level (75%, 80%, 85%, or 90%).
  2. Click the Smart Approve button.
  3. All galleries that meet or exceed your chosen confidence level are automatically approved.

Tip: Start with 85% or 90% confidence threshold. This ensures only the most accurate AI results are auto-approved. You can then review the remaining galleries individually.

How to Approve All Completed Galleries

  1. Click the Approve All Completed button.
  2. Confirm your choice in the popup dialog.
  3. Every processed gallery that you have not already approved or rejected is approved.

Warning: This approves all galleries regardless of confidence level. Use Smart Approve instead if you want to only approve high-confidence results.

How to Approve or Reject Selected Galleries

  1. Check the boxes next to the specific galleries you want to act on. Use the Select All checkbox at the top to check all galleries at once.
  2. Click Approve Selected or Reject Selected.
  3. If rejecting, confirm your choice in the popup dialog.

How to Process More Galleries After Finishing a Batch

  1. After you have approved or rejected every gallery in your batch, a completion message appears.
  2. Click Process More to open the batch selection overlay.
  3. Choose a new batch size.
  4. Click Start Processing to begin the new batch.
  5. Repeat until you have reviewed all your galleries.

Note: You can keep loading and processing batches without ever leaving the page. The page handles everything seamlessly.

  1. Hover your mouse over a gallery's thumbnail image.
  2. A popup appears showing up to 16 images extracted from the gallery.
  3. Click any image in the popup to open the thumbnail cropping tool, which lets you create a custom thumbnail for that gallery.

How to Report a Bad Image

If you see an image in the preview popup that does not belong (such as an advertisement or logo):

  1. Hover over the unwanted image in the preview popup.
  2. Click the red X button that appears on the image.
  3. Confirm when prompted.
  4. The image is removed, and the system learns to filter out similar images in the future.

How to Export Your Results

  1. Click the Export Results button in the bulk actions bar.
  2. A file downloads to your computer containing all the processing results from your current batch.

Filters

When loading a new batch (using the Process More overlay), you can filter which galleries to include:

Filter What It Does
Categories Load only galleries in specific categories
Accept Status Filter by gallery approval status (Pending, Approved, Waiting)
Photo Availability Show only galleries with or without photos
Model Filter Show only galleries with or without assigned performers

To apply filters:

  1. Select your filter options in the batch selection overlay.
  2. Click Apply Filter.
  3. The overlay updates to show how many galleries match your filters.
  4. Select a batch size and continue.

To clear filters, click Clear Filter.

Note: Your filter settings are remembered between batches, so you do not need to re-select them each time you load more galleries.

Each gallery card shows different information depending on its current state:

Before Processing

  • Gallery number (click to view the original gallery page)
  • Existing thumbnail image, if any
  • A "Waiting to process..." message

Keyboard Shortcuts

Shortcut What It Does
Ctrl + Space Start, pause, or resume processing (toggles based on current state)
Ctrl + Escape Stop processing

Tips for New Users

Tip:
  • Start with small batches (5 galleries) until you are comfortable with the workflow.
  • Use Smart Approve at 85% confidence to quickly approve accurate results, then review the rest manually.
  • Click Details on any gallery to see a full comparison before deciding.
  • Report bad images when you see them in the preview popup. This helps the AI get better at filtering out advertisements and logos over time.
  • If a gallery needs more detailed editing, click Edit to open the full single-gallery review page.
  • Process galleries regularly to keep your site content fresh and well-organized.

Troubleshooting

No galleries appear when I open the page

What you see: A message saying there are no unreviewed galleries, and no batch size options appear.

How to fix it:

  1. You have already reviewed all your galleries. Import new galleries to have more to review.
  2. If you need to re-review galleries that were already processed, contact your system administrator.

What you see: One gallery card stays yellow with a spinning indicator for a very long time.

How to fix it:

  1. Wait up to 90 seconds. Some galleries take longer if their web page is slow to load.
  2. If it still does not finish, click Pause and then Resume to skip to the next gallery.
  3. Refresh the page and try again with a smaller batch size.
  4. Check that your account has enough AI credits (shown on the starting screen under system status).

Preview images appear broken in the hover popup

What you see: Some or all images in the thumbnail preview popup show as broken image icons.

How to fix it:

  1. The original gallery website may be down or blocking image access. This is normal for older galleries.
  2. Click the red X on broken images to report them so they are filtered out in the future.
  3. Click the gallery link to check if the original page is still online.

AI processing fails and says no credits available

What you see: Processing stops and galleries show errors.

How to fix it:

  1. Go back to the starting screen and check the system status panel for your credit balance.
  2. If your credits are at zero, you need to purchase more through your license account.
  3. After adding credits, return to this page and try again.

What you see: A gallery card turns red with an error message instead of showing AI results.

How to fix it:

  1. The gallery's web page might be unavailable or too short for the AI to analyze.
  2. Click Retry to try processing the gallery again.
  3. If it fails again, click the gallery link to check if the page is still accessible.
  4. You can also click Edit to review and fill in the gallery details manually.

Processing is very slow

What you see: Each gallery takes much longer than the expected 12 seconds.

How to fix it:

  1. Try a smaller batch size (5 instead of 25 or 50).
  2. Some gallery source pages are slow to load, which adds to processing time.
  3. If all galleries are slow, there may be a temporary issue with the AI service. Try again later.
