AI Model Review
What This Page Does
This page automatically fills in profile details for models on your site -- things like age, measurements, hair color, country, and biography text. Instead of typing all this information by hand for every model, the system searches free online sources first and, if needed, uses AI to generate the data. You review everything before it goes live, so nothing is published without your approval.

How to Get Here
Navigate to Admin Panel > Models, then click the AI Update button next to any model in the list.
You can also go to Admin Panel > Models > AI Data Update directly to choose a model from a dropdown.
Understanding the Page
When you first open this page, you see two main areas.
Statistics Bar
At the top, a row of cards shows you:
- License Status -- Whether your ComusThumbz license is active (required for AI features)
- Credits Balance -- How much credit you have left for AI-powered lookups
- Total Models -- How many models are on your site
- AI Processed -- How many models already have AI-filled data
- Pending -- How many models still need data
Model Selector
Below the statistics, a dropdown lets you pick which model to update. Models that have not been processed yet appear first, making it easy to work through them in order.

Common Tasks
How to Update a Single Model's Profile
Use this when you want to fill in missing profile details for one specific model.
- Go to Admin Panel > Models.
- Find the model in the list.
- Click the AI Update button next to their name.
- Wait a few seconds while the system searches for data. This usually takes 3 to 30 seconds.
- A review screen appears showing the model's current details side by side with the suggested updates.
- Look through each field. Changed fields are highlighted in yellow so you can spot them easily.
- Edit any field that looks incorrect by clicking on it and typing a new value.
- Click Approve and Update to save the changes.
How to Update Many Models in a Row (Batch Processing)
Use this when you have a large number of models that need profile data.
- Go to Admin Panel > Models > AI Data Update directly.
- Check the Pending count in the statistics bar to see how many models need processing.
- Select the first unprocessed model from the dropdown.
- Click Fetch AI Data.
- Review the suggested data on the comparison screen.
- Click Update & Next instead of "Approve and Update."
- The system saves your changes and automatically loads the next model that needs processing.
- Repeat until you see a message saying all models have been processed.
How to Edit AI Suggestions Before Saving
The AI does its best, but you know your content better. You can change anything before saving.
- After the review screen loads, click on any field in the AI Suggested Update column.
- Type your correction or add information the AI missed.
- Clear any field you do not want saved by deleting its contents.
- Click Approve and Update or Update & Next when you are satisfied.
How to Reject AI Suggestions
If the data looks wrong or you decide not to update this model right now:
- Click Reject on the review screen.
- No changes are saved. You are returned to the models list.
You can come back and try again later -- rejecting does not prevent future updates.
Understanding the Review Screen
After the system fetches data, you see a comparison table with three columns:
Color Coding
The review screen uses colors to help you quickly spot what changed:
- Yellow highlighted rows -- The suggested value is different from the original. These are the fields you should pay closest attention to.
- "Changed" badge -- Appears next to any field where the new value differs from the original.
- Gray italic "(empty)" -- The original field had no data, meaning this is brand-new information.

Profile Fields You Can Update
How the Data Sources Work
You do not need to configure anything -- the system handles this automatically. Here is what happens behind the scenes so you understand the cost:
- Free sources are tried first. The system checks public performer databases for a match. If it finds good data, your credits are not charged at all.
- AI is used only as a last resort. If free sources come up empty, the system uses AI to generate profile data. This costs a tiny amount of credits (typically less than a fraction of a cent per model).
On the review screen, a card tells you which source provided the data:

Tips for New Users
- Start with your most popular models first. Visitors are most likely to notice complete profiles on frequently viewed pages.
- Use Update & Next for batch processing rather than going back and forth to the model list.
- Models with well-known stage names are more likely to be found by free sources, so processing those first saves credits.
- Always read the "About Me" text carefully. AI-generated biographies may contain inaccuracies.
- You can re-process a model at any time if you want to get updated data later.
Troubleshooting
The data fetch is taking a very long time
What you see: The page seems to hang for more than 30 seconds after clicking Fetch AI Data.
How to fix it: Wait up to one minute. The system checks multiple sources, and some may be slow to respond. If it still does not load, refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, your server may have trouble reaching external websites -- contact your hosting provider or ComusThumbz support.
You see a "Low Credits" warning
What you see: A yellow warning message appears saying your credits are low.
How to fix it: You can still process models using free data sources at no cost. However, if no free data is available, AI processing will not work until you add credits. Visit your ComusThumbz license portal to top up your balance.
The AI returned blank or unhelpful data
What you see: Most fields on the review screen are empty or contain generic text.
How to fix it:
- Click Reject to discard the unhelpful data.
- The model may have an unusual name that the system could not look up. Try editing the model's name in the models list to match their commonly known stage name, then try the AI update again.
- You can also fill in the fields manually on the review screen and click Approve and Update to save whatever you enter.
A model you just updated does not show the new data on the site
What you see: You approved the update, but the model's public profile page still shows old information.
How to fix it: Refresh the model's profile page in your browser (press Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R). If your site uses caching, the changes may take a few minutes to appear. If data still does not update after several minutes, go back to Admin Panel > Models, find the model, and confirm that the profile fields are saved correctly.
You see a license error message
What you see: A red error message about your license being unverified or unavailable.
How to fix it: The AI features require an active ComusThumbz license. Check that your license is valid and has not expired. Free data sources will still work, but AI-generated data will be unavailable until the license issue is resolved.
