Quản lý mô hình

Trang này làm gì

Trang này là nơi bạn quản lý tất cả các hồ sơ trình diễn và mô hình trên trang web của bạn. Bạn có thể thêm các mô hình mới, chỉnh sửa chi tiết (tên, tuổi, địa điểm, thuộc tính vật lý, tiểu sử), tải lên ảnh hồ sơ, và sắp xếp chúng với bộ lọc và sắp xếp. Mô hình bạn quản lý ở đây xuất hiện trên thư mục của trang web của bạn, trên các trang hồ sơ cá nhân, và như thẻ trên video và các phòng trưng bày.

Bạn cũng có thể nhấp chuột vào Mô hình Thẻ trên bảng.

Hiểu trang đó

Khi bạn mở trang Model Management, bạn sẽ thấy một số lĩnh vực.

Cờ trên

Nếu có mô hình nào thiếu ảnh hồ sơ hoặc dữ liệu bổ sung, một biểu ngữ xuất hiện ở phía trên cho bạn biết bao nhiêu mô hình vẫn cần sự chú ý. Bạn có thể nhấp chuột vào Tiến trình bó để cập nhật cho họ trong khối lượng lớn, hoặc nhấp vào nút bác bỏ để giấu băng cờ lúc này.

Thanh điều khiển

Thanh điều khiển nằm gần đỉnh và cho bạn truy cập nhanh các hành động phổ biến nhất:

  • Hộp tìm kiếm - Gõ tên, bí danh, thành phố, quốc gia, hay thẻ để tìm một mô hình cụ thể.
  • Thêm mô hình mới --Một trường văn bản và nút để tạo một hồ sơ mô hình mới.
  • Mỗi trang -- Chọn bao nhiêu mô hình để hiển thị trên mỗi trang (10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, hoặc 1000).

Điều khiển chọn

Dưới thanh điều khiển bạn sẽ thấy:

  • Xem Bật/tắt - Chuyển giữa ô xem bài (xem bằng hình ảnh) và ô xem bảng (danh sách gọn gàng có cột).
  • Chọn tất cả trên trang -- kiểm tra mọi mô hình trên trang hiện tại.
  • Chọn Không gì -- Bỏ chọn tất cả các mô hình đã chọn.
  • Xoá mục đã chọn Gỡ bỏ tất cả các mô hình đã chọn.
  • Tổng mô hình -- Đếm bao nhiêu mô hình khớp với bộ lọc hiện tại của bạn.

Danh sách mô hình

Vùng chính hiển thị mô hình của bạn trong ô xem bài hoặc ô xem trên bảng, tùy thuộc vào sở thích của bạn. Mỗi mô hình cho thấy thông tin quan trọng như tên, hình ảnh, địa vị, tuổi tác, địa điểm và nội dung.

Đăng ký

Điều khiển định vị trang xuất hiện cả trên lẫn dưới danh sách mô hình. Bộ lọc, sắp xếp và tìm kiếm được bảo tồn khi bạn di chuyển giữa các trang.

Tác vụ chung

Làm thế nào thêm một gương mẫu mới

  1. Gõ tên của mô hình vào Nhập tên mô hình mới cánh đồng trong thanh điều khiển.
  2. Ấn Thêm mô hình mới.
  3. Nếu cái tên là độc nhất, một thông điệp thành công xác nhận rằng mô hình đã được tạo ra.
  4. Mô hình mới xuất hiện trong danh sách với giá trị mặc định.
  5. Nhấn vào tên của mô hình để mở cửa sổ soạn thảo và điền vào chi tiết của nó.

Mẹo: Mỗi tên mô hình phải là duy nhất. Nếu một mô hình cùng tên đã tồn tại, bạn sẽ thấy một thông điệp lỗi. Dùng tên khác hoặc tìm và sửa đổi mô hình tồn tại.

Cách sửa chữa một mô hình

  1. Tìm mô hình trong thẻ hay ô xem bảng.
  2. Nhấn vào tên của mô hình.
  3. Một cửa sổ soạn thảo mở ra với tất cả thông tin hiện thời của mô hình.
  4. Cập nhật bất kỳ trường nào bạn cần thay đổi (xem phần "Những gì cánh đồng có nghĩa là" bên dưới để tìm chi tiết).
  5. Ấn Lưu thay đổi.

Thành công: Những thay đổi của bạn ảnh hưởng đến trang web ngay sau khi tiết kiệm. Không có bước xuất bản riêng biệt.

Làm thế nào để tải lên hoặc thay đổi ảnh mẫu

Tải lên thủ công:

  1. Tìm mô hình trong danh sách.
  2. Nhấn vào Tải lên Nút (hoặc Thay đổi nếu ảnh đã có).
  3. Chọn tập tin ảnh từ máy tính của bạn.
  4. Cắt ảnh để vừa các chiều hồ sơ.
  5. Giữ lại hình ảnh bị cắt.

Tìm kiếm ảnh AI:

  1. Nhấn vào Ảnh AI Nút trên thẻ của người mẫu.
  2. Hệ thống tìm kiếm tự động các ảnh khớp.
  3. Chọn kết quả khớp nhất.
  4. Cắt và lưu hình ảnh.

Mẹo: Việc tìm kiếm hình ảnh AI có thể tiết kiệm nhiều thời gian cho nhiều mô hình. Sử dụng Chèn ảnh Nút để xử lý nhiều mô hình trong một hàng mà không trở lại trang này mỗi lần.

Cách xoá ảnh mẫu

  1. Tìm mô hình mà bạn muốn gỡ bỏ.
  2. Dùng tùy chọn xoá ảnh trong nút hành động của mô hình.
  3. Hình ảnh đã bị xóa, nhưng tất cả các thông tin mô hình khác vẫn nguyên vẹn.

Ghi chú: Gỡ bỏ hình ảnh của một mô hình không xóa chính mô hình. Hồ sơ mô hình vẫn còn trên trang web của bạn với ảnh giữ chỗ cho đến khi bạn tải lên một hình mới.

Cách sử dụng dữ liệu cập nhật AI

  1. Nhấn vào Cập nhật AI Nút trên thẻ mô hình.
  2. Hệ thống tìm kiếm cơ sở dữ liệu bên ngoài để tìm thông tin thêm về mô hình.
  3. Hãy xem lại những dữ liệu được đề nghị.
  4. Chấp nhận những đề nghị bạn muốn hoặc thay đổi.
  5. Lưu bản cập nhật.

Mẹo: Mô hình mà vẫn cần xử lý AI được đánh dấu bằng đường biên màu xanh lá cây để bạn có thể dễ dàng nhận ra chúng. Sử dụng Tiến trình bó Nút trên băng cờ để cập nhật nhiều mô hình cùng một lúc.

Cách xoá mẫu

Xoá mô hình đơn:

  1. Tìm mô hình bạn muốn loại bỏ.
  2. Nhấn vào Xoá Nút trên thẻ hay hàng bàn.
  3. Xác nhận sự xoá bỏ trong sự bật lên.

Xoá nhiều mô hình:

  1. Kiểm tra các hộp kế bên mỗi mô hình bạn muốn gỡ bỏ.
  2. Ấn Xoá mục đã chọn.
  3. Xác nhận xóa.

Cảnh báo: Loại bỏ một mô hình là vĩnh viễn và không thể hủy bỏ. Các mô hình liên quan đến video và phòng trưng bày không bị xóa, nhưng họ sẽ mất kết nối của họ với mô hình này. Hãy xem xét việc chuyển nội dung sang mô hình khác trước khi xoá.

Xoá mọi mẫu đã lọc:

  1. Đặt bộ lọc để hiển thị chỉ mô hình bạn muốn gỡ bỏ.
  2. Ấn Chọn tất cả trong cơ sở dữ liệu.
  3. Xác nhận xóa.

Lỗi Hành động này xoá bỏ các mô hình khớp với bộ lọc hiện thời. Điều này có thể ảnh hưởng đến hàng trăm hay hàng ngàn tài liệu. Luôn kiểm tra lại bộ lọc trước khi xác nhận.

Tìm kiếm

Gõ từ khoá vào Tìm kiếm hộp và nhấn nút tìm kiếm. Bạn có thể tìm kiếm bằng tên mô hình, bí danh, thành phố, quốc gia, hay thẻ. Để xóa bỏ tìm kiếm, nhấn vào Xoá tìm kiếm.

Sử dụng Lọc theo thả xuống để lọc nhanh:

Lọc cấp cao

Hãy dùng những đặc điểm đặc biệt để thu hẹp kết quả.

Status Filter by status (Active, Inactive, Retired, etc.)

After selecting your filter values, click Apply Filters. To clear all filters at once, click Clear All Filters.

 

Note: The filter dropdowns only show values that already exist in your model database. If no models have a particular attribute, that option will not appear.

 

Sorting

Use the Sort by dropdown to change the order of your models:

View Modes

This page offers two ways to view your models:

  • Card View -- Shows models as visual cards with profile images, name, status, location, content counts, and analytics. Best for browsing and getting a visual overview.
  • Table View -- Shows models in a compact table with customizable columns. Best for managing large numbers of models quickly.

Click the view toggle icons near the top of the page to switch between views. Your preference is remembered for next time.

Customizing Table Columns

When using Table View, you can choose which columns to show and in what order:

  1. Click the Customize List Columns section to expand it.
  2. Check or uncheck columns to show or hide them.
  3. Drag columns to reorder them.
  4. Click Apply to save your layout.
  5. Click Reset to Default to go back to the original column layout.

Some columns (Checkbox, Image, Name, and Actions) are always visible and cannot be hidden.

Optional columns you can show or hide:
Status, Age, Location, Gender, Ethnicity, Body Type, Hair Color, Eye Color, Galleries, Videos, Views, Rating, Favorites, AI Processed, Image Processed

Bulk Actions

Mass Editing Models

To update the same information across many models at once:

  1. Check the boxes next to the models you want to update (or click Select All on Page).
  2. A mass edit bar appears showing how many models are selected.
  3. Fill in only the fields you want to change. Leave the rest blank.
  4. Click Apply Changes.

Warning: Mass edit applies your changes to every selected model. Only fields you fill in are updated -- blank fields are left unchanged. This action cannot be undone, so double-check your selections before applying.

What the Fields Mean

When you open the edit window for a model, you will see several sections of fields.

Basic Information

Field What to Enter
Model Name The model's display name (must be unique across your site)
Alias Any alternative names the model goes by
Cam Score A performance score for webcam models (a number with decimals)
Gender The model's gender (type any value, such as Female, Male, Trans, Couple)

Physical Attributes

Field What to Enter
Body Type Such as Slim, Curvy, Athletic, BBW
Ethnicity Such as Caucasian, Latina, Asian
Eye Color Such as Blue, Brown, Green, Hazel
Hair Color Such as Blonde, Brunette, Redhead
Weight Weight in kilograms
Height Height in centimeters
Age Current age
Date of Birth The model's birthdate
Measurements Body measurements (for example, 34-24-34)
Cup Size Such as A, B, C, D, DD
Pubic Hair Such as Shaved, Natural, Landing Strip
Note: For fields like Gender, Body Type, Ethnicity, and others, you can type any value you like. There is no fixed list -- just type what fits. The filter dropdowns on this page will automatically include any values you enter.

Location and Contact

Field What to Enter
City The model's city
Country The model's country
Website URL A link to the model's personal or official website
Direct Feed URL A link to a live feed, if applicable

Statistics

Field What It Means
Rating The model's average rating (0 to 10)
Rating Count How many ratings the model has received
Views Total profile page views
Comments Total comments on the model's profile
Subscribers Number of subscribers
Popularity Score An overall popularity score
Status Whether the model is Active, Inactive, Retired, or another status
Tags Keywords separated by commas to help visitors find this model
Tip: Statistics like views, ratings, and comments are usually tracked automatically by the system. You only need to edit these manually if you are correcting a mistake or setting initial values.

Image Settings

Field What It Does
Image Width The target width for the model's profile image (in pixels, between 50 and 2000)
Image Height The target height for the model's profile image (in pixels, between 50 and 2000)

Additional Information

Field What to Enter
Social Media Links Links to the model's social media profiles, one per line
iFrame Embed Code An embed code to display on the model's profile page (for example, a live stream embed)
About Me A biography or description of the model

Analytics on Model Cards

In Card View, each model card shows a small analytics section with three numbers:

Metric What It Means
Impressions How many times the model appeared in listings on your site
Clicks How many times visitors clicked on the model
CTR Click-through rate -- the percentage of impressions that resulted in a click

These numbers help you understand which models attract the most visitor attention.

Where Models Appear on Your Site

The models you manage here show up in several places on your public site:

Page How Models Appear
Model Directory All active models are listed with their profile images, names, and attribute badges
Model Profile Page Each model has a dedicated page showing their biography, attributes, location, social links, and associated videos and galleries
Video Pages Videos linked to a model display the model's name as a clickable tag
Gallery Pages Galleries linked to a model show the model's name
Note: Changes you make to a model's status, image, or details take effect on your site immediately after you save. There is no draft or publish step.

Tips for New Users

 

Tip:
  • Start by adding your models with just a name, then come back to fill in details and images later.
  • Use the AI tools to save time. The AI Image button finds profile images automatically, and the AI Update button fills in missing details from external databases.
  • Use the Batch Process feature in the top banner to update many models at once instead of one by one.
  • Switch to Table View when you have many models to manage. It loads faster and shows more models per page.
  • Keep your model names consistent. Since names must be unique, decide on a naming convention early.
  • Use tags generously. Tags help your visitors find models through search and make your site easier to browse.

 

Troubleshooting

A model with this name already exists

What you see: An error message when trying to add a new model.

How to fix it: Each model must have a unique name. Use the search box to find the existing model and edit it instead, or choose a different name for the new model.

Model image is not showing up

What you see: A placeholder or broken image where the model's photo should be.

How to fix it:

  1. Try re-uploading the image using the Upload or Change button.
  2. Make sure the image file is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or GIF).
  3. If the problem persists, contact your hosting provider or site administrator.

 

The page is loading slowly

What you see: The page takes a long time to display, especially with many models.

How to fix it:

  1. Reduce the number of models per page. Use the Per Page dropdown to select 20 or 50 instead of a larger number.
  2. Switch to Table View, which loads faster than Card View.
  3. Use filters to narrow down your results so fewer models need to load at once.

 

Mass edit is not working

What you see: You click Apply Changes but nothing happens.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you have actually selected models by checking their boxes.
  2. Make sure you have filled in at least one field in the mass edit bar. Blank fields are skipped.
  3. Click the Apply Changes button after filling in your values.

 

The edit window opens but all fields are empty

What you see: You click a model's name and the edit window appears, but none of the information is filled in.

How to fix it:

  1. Refresh the page and try again.
  2. If the problem continues, check your internet connection.
  3. Contact your site administrator if the issue persists.

 

AI processing does not seem to work

What you see: You click AI Update or AI Image but the model is not marked as processed.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you complete the full process on the AI page (review and save the results).
  2. Check that your site's license is active and valid.
  3. Try again after a few minutes, as the external services may be temporarily unavailable.
